"The Nineteenth century saw a great Springtime of Nations as the revolutions of 1848 saw new countries created the length and breadth of Europe. In our world today we are now seeing our own Spring Awakening with people and cultures that have long been dormant and subdued asserting their right to exist, their right to dream." Adam Price MP

Thinks! ;-)
Does the fact that very few comments are received on these postings mean that people are in agreement with what is stated? Comment if you wish.....
Hi, Alan in Dyfed, this is Alan in Brazil. Thanks for your comments on my blog, nice to see someone out there is reading it! I agree mostly with what you have on your blog, but as I've been out of the Land-of-my-Fathers for the past 15 years and I travelled a lot abroad, before that, I'm a bit out of touch with the on-the-ground reality so to speak. Point of fact though is that I've never felt more "Welsh" i.e. having the need to identify myself with our national culture, than since I've been living here (follow the link "Y Ddraig Goch writing" on my blog for my story about that. HWYL!
