Thanks for your query on our website. Syr Emyr was commissioned to look into and report on the current devolution settlement, the public's understanding of it and how people would vote in a possible referendum to give further powers to the Assembly. Therefore his work and his contract came to an end once the report was published last week, and he will not be sacked.
