Doubtless all engineered by the markets. The Euro must not be allowed to take over from the dollar, and Eire is the weakest of the bunch. Having failed to scupper the Euro with the Greek adventure (just weeks after OPEC were talkingt about having oil priced in Euros), they will keep trying till they win.
Waste of time really because the dollar is about to be overtaken by the Yuan.
