"The Nineteenth century saw a great Springtime of Nations as the revolutions of 1848 saw new countries created the length and breadth of Europe. In our world today we are now seeing our own Spring Awakening with people and cultures that have long been dormant and subdued asserting their right to exist, their right to dream." Adam Price MP

What Devolution has done for Wales
To put it succinctly : before devolution independence was a dream... after devolution independence was a distinct possibility!
It has also brought credability... To Cardiff as a European City with which to do business and also to Wales as a place to visit. What I hope is that in the near future us tax payers get better value for money and that the Assembly matures into a fully functioning Parliment. Then I believe these visiting foreign ambassadors and dignatries to our capital city shall return to do real business.
Well put Alan
