"The Nineteenth century saw a great Springtime of Nations as the revolutions of 1848 saw new countries created the length and breadth of Europe. In our world today we are now seeing our own Spring Awakening with people and cultures that have long been dormant and subdued asserting their right to exist, their right to dream." Adam Price MP

Global Warming, Copenhagen and Wales
We assume that the Earth is eternally permanent and dependable but in reality we live on a constantly changing and evolving planet with a shifting unpredictable climate where nothing is forever and anything can happen at any time. It is necessary to accept the wisdom of insecurity and live as though today will be the last.
Global Warming, Copenhagen and Wales
Welsh families’ climate change confusion

ALMOST all Welsh families fear the effects of climate change but many feel powerless to do anything about it, according to a new survey.
Many are confused by endless reports of global warming and are unsure what they can do to stop it.
************************************************************************
************************************************************************
From a report on climate change:
Since 1750 the electromagnetic radiation of the Sun has increased significantly, as indicated by the sunspot record. This increased electromagnetic radiation is considered by the author and others to be the real cause of global warming. The examination of the annual temperature records of the northern and southern hemispheres shows a sharp change and major increases since 1978, especially in the northern hemisphere. This is the so-called hockey stick effect, which the author concludes is not due to the influence of Man, and probably due to a change in the geothermal regime of heat flow from the fracture zones in the floor of the northern oceans. There is some confirmation of this in recent sea floor explorations. The role of atmospheric carbon dioxide and methane is considered in relation to claims that emissions by Man are causing global warming. It is shown that the increased warming is due to the Sun, and that the consequent warming of the oceans is causing the ex-solution of carbon dioxide and methane from the oceans, simply due to the decreasing solubility of these gases in sea water with increasing ocean temperatures. The extensive exploitation of groundwater around the world over the past century, at rates far in excess of possible recharge, has created a net addition to the hydrosphere commensurate with the apparent rise in sea levels over the past century. There is deadly pollution in the atmosphere over many world cities and industrial regions. These are local and regional matters, and should be corrected at the sources of pollution. Air pollution and global warming are scientifically separate matters.
Comment:
If in fact Man is not the cause of the change in the Earth's climate, which is becoming more and more evident. and it is a cause of a natural but unpredictable cycle, does it mean that we can cease our global efforts to cut down carbon emissions, cease developing alternative forms of energy and continue with the use of carbon fuels and nuclear power? The answer is : No.

Mountains, Mosques and Minarets
Opinion
The delicate issue about whether or not to ban the construction of minarets throughout the cantons of Switzerland comes into conflict with the UN resolutions on human rights and freedom to practice religion. While it may not be desirable for Swiss culture and environment to be dominated by the imposition of tall minarets, muezzin calls to prayer (customarily greatly amplified by megaphones facing in four directions), though to date this has been banned, and possibly the adoption of Sharia Law, the attitude of the Swiss government is to oppose such a ban on minaret-building.
Switzerland is now home to more than 400,000 Moslems who are free to set up places of worship where they can practise their religion. However, the raising of minarets and the muezzin will undoubtedly and insidiously change the face and character of Switzerland forever. The maxim : "when in Rome do as the Romans do" is as true today as it ever was, and the people of Switzerland are right in supporting the ban on minarets.
Other European nations need to take notice of the democratic will of the Swiss and reject moves towards the Islamicisation of Europe. Yes, they are here, and are free to worship but not to radically change the nature and traditional character of European society. Switzerland is a Liberal Democracy and the people have spoken.

Note: this opinion has nothing to do with anti-religious sentiment, British nationalism, Fascism, far-right politics, cultural superiority, isolationism or separatism - quite the opposite. It has more to do with discernment, far-sighted thinking and common sense.
"We have our civil laws here," insisted Mr Freysinger. "Banning minarets would send a clear signal that our European laws, our Swiss laws, have to be accepted. And if you want to live here, you must accept them. If you don't, then go back."
Another view: "I understand the swiss ..they dont want the landscape impeded on... they have had a certain look and culture and do not want that disrupted... I dont blame them for not wanting those ugly things ruining the beautiful swiss scenery...its as simple as that...swiss villages and towns should remain looking well, swiss its their culture leave them alone and let them make their own decisions..bravo Switzerland you are not pussified like america is becoming....buy swiss products and visit their country."

What Can this Man do for Wales?
Consensus throughout the Welsh Blogosphere appears to indicate that Peter Hain is not well regarded and that his pronouncements are reprehensible and shameful, and that he does a disservice to Wales. He should go, along with the rest of his New Labour colleagues, Messrs Brown, Balls, Straw, Darling, Harman, Mandelson, Denham, Miliband (2), Alexander, Johnson, Byrne, Royall, Ainsworth et alii.

Neath for Plaid - Campaign to oust Hain
Now is the time for Plaid Cymru to begin preparations to mount a strong campaign throughout the Neath/Port Talbot area to oust Peter Hain MP from the parliamentary constituency once and for all. The Secretary of State for Wales is a blight on the future course of the nation and his statements and actions are calculated to hold back and even reverse progress towards the holding of a Referendum leading to the establishment of a Welsh Parliament. Along with other members of the political establishment and with the support of a number of unionist MPs Peter Hain is an obstacle along the path to national development and cultural empowerment as Wales prepares to take its place as a nation of Europe and relinquish its ties with the United Kingdom.
Peter Hain in no sense represents the true interests of Wales and should be dispatched to his country estate forthwith. He is the last in a line of Secretaries of State who hold the position at the Wales Office purely in order to control and regulate Welsh Affairs to keep them in line with unionist beliefs and government dictates. As was initially surmised, the Legislative Competence Orders (LCO) have been an unmitigated failure and have had the effect of slowing down progressive devolution and limiting beneficial projects already agreed by the Welsh Assembly. The question is: why should the Welsh Assembly have to go "cap in hand" to Westminster in order to obtain approval for legislation which it has already debated and agreed in a democratic manner?
The Welsh Assembly is a puppet of Westminster against its will and a proper parliament with full powers to legislate on all matters of concern to Wales is an essential for the nation to grow and achieve stature in Europe. Let all those who hold the interests of Wales dear to their hearts join together in a campaign to oust Hain.
IRAQ - On British Complicity: "The problem with the UK advocating torture and supporting dishonesty is that it undermines the legitimacy and credibility of democratic, Western states and makes it impossible to put the case for human rights to some of the world's more oppressive societies. The UK will find it difficult to lecture anyone on torture now, and that is a shame."

Scotland and More Powers
Scotland to be given new tax powers
Avril Ormsby
Scotland will be given greater tax-raising powers under the biggest shake-up in the nation's finances for 30 years, the government said on Wednesday. But some critics have accused Labour of adopting spoiler tactics ahead of the pro-independence Scottish National Party's (SNP) publication of its White Paper on its Referendum Bill on independence next week.
The proposals, contained in the government's White Paper "Scotland's Future in the United Kingdom," would also not be introduced until early in the next parliament, after an election Labour is tipped to lose. Under the proposals, Westminster would cut basic and higher rates of income tax by 10 pence in Scotland, leaving the devolved parliament to decide on the overall tax level.
As a result, 4.5 billion pounds would be cut from the annual block grant from London, which finances Holyrood's yearly budget of 30 billion pounds. "Since the first day of devolution, the Scottish government has been accountable for how it spends taxpayers' money," Secretary of State for Scotland, Jim Murphy, told the House of Commons. "Under today's proposals, they will also be held to account for how they raise it. We will give the Scottish Parliament greater freedom -- but also the responsibility -- to set the level of income tax in Scotland."
The transfer in tax powers would also cover stamp duty, landfill tax and aggregates levy. The Scottish Parliament would also be given new borrowing powers. The government's White Paper was in response to the Calman Commission, headed by Glasgow University's Chancellor Kenneth Calman. Labour, which said it still supported the Union, accepted 39 of its 42 recommendations, including transferring powers to Scotland for air guns, drink drive limits and national speed limits.
The SNP quoted Calman as saying these last three proposals could be implemented quickly and easily, and accused the government of cynically delaying for political advantage. The Conservatives said they would produce their own White Paper, if, as seems likely, they win the general election, due before June. "We accept that the Scottish Parliament needs to have more financial accountability through greater powers over raising and spending taxes and over borrowing," Conservative leader David Cameron said in a statement. "However, we will not be bound by any White Paper produced by the present government in the short time that remains before the election."
Scotland's nationalist First Minister Alex Salmond has criticised the Calman proposals, introduced in June, for failing to transfer fiscal control over areas such as corporation tax and North Sea oil and gas. Under the original devolution act the Scottish government has the power to vary income tax three pence above or below the basic rate -- the so-called "Tartan Tax" -- but this has never been used during 10 years of devolution. Salmond is due to publish the White Paper on his Referendum Bill next Monday, despite a lack of support from other parties in Holyrood and a YouGov poll for the Daily Telegraph this week, which showed 57 per cent of those who responded would say no to independence.
Comment: it appears that devolution is about devolving powers without giving up control. Legislative powers on airguns, drink drive and speed limits, stamp duty and landfill tax are a far cry from the powers that Scotland needs - jurisdiction over its oil reserves, defence policy, taxation and other areas which are important to a government that represents and executes the will of the nation.

The Iraq War Inquiry
Run this scenario past your eyes.....
After the Gulf War is halted following the liberation of Kuwait the United States government is determined to topple Saddam Hussein. So two years before the invasion of Kuwait the U.S. government in collusion with Tony Blair and the British government begins making preparations to invade. As this will be deemed an illegal act by the United Nations it has to be justified in order to gain the support of the American and British public. The public is fed the information, therefore, that Saddam Hussein has weapons of mass destruction (WMD) and is intent on using them against his neighbours. Great efforts are made by UN-appointed weapons inspectors to ascertain the presence of WMD.
Whether or not Saddam Hussein is bluffing, it suits the allies to disseminate this concocted story of the threat of WMD and convince the public of its veracity. That will be the excuse to invade and topple the Iraqi President. In the event the plan succeeds and Saddam Hussein is toppled and finally caught and hanged, although little thought is given to securing and administrating the capital and country immediately following the invasion. When it is finally revealed that Hussein had no WMD the plan begins to unravel, though now the initial aim has been achieved, yet at great cost in terms of American, British and Iraqi lives, as well as in money and the allies' reputation, as sectarian unrest escalates and bombings become frequent and endemic. Thus, Iraq has yet to be "made safe for democracy" in the eyes of those who believe democracy to be a stabilising force in the Middle East.

I bet Peter Hain can't control his joy this evening at getting another one over Plaid Cymru, the sooner that man loses his Ministerial job and his seat the better Welsh politics will be.

Fair play to IWJ. He called Labour's bluff and they stepped back. However, what were Labour playing at to allow Hain to pull such a stunt? The sooner we have a proper Parliament and less reliance on Labour MPs, the better.

Syr Emyr is safe! Official!
Hi Alan,
Thanks for your query on our website. Syr Emyr was commissioned to look into and report on the current devolution settlement, the public's understanding of it and how people would vote in a possible referendum to give further powers to the Assembly. Therefore his work and his contract came to an end once the report was published last week, and he will not be sacked.

A Welsh EU President...why not?
WALES/CYMRU - IN THE HEART OF EUROPE
It is not inconceivable that some day in the future the EU will have a Welsh president. The European Union is made up of diverse countries, some large and some small. Belgium has a population of 10 million + and other nations in Europe are smaller but are no less capable of producing statesmen who may rise to high office in the EU.

Time for a proper Parliament.
Today, we learnt that Emyr Jones Parry and the All-Wales Convention have come out in favour of moving to a referendum.
You can guarantee that certain anti-devolution politicians and so-called 'True' Wales will be doing everything in their power to stop any further progress and devolution to Wales . Make no mistake - they will be very vocal in their opposition during today and over the coming months.
So, now is the time for YOUR voice to be heard. Today, and over the next few days and weeks, we are asking you to play your part in shaping our Country's future.
1. Make a point of talking to your friends and colleagues about why Wales needs its own Parliament
2. Make sure people understand why we should not be treated as second class citizens.
3. Make it clear that what’s good for Scotland is good for Wales .
4. Write to your local newspaper, phone your local radio station and tell them that Wales deserves a proper Parliament. Radio Wales will be asking for your views on programmes throughout the day. Make sure your voice is heard by phoning 03700 100 110 or texting 811012. You can also send a message to the programmes online by clicking here. The news programmes on BBC and ITV this evening will also be asking your views. Make sure you have your say!
5. Use twitter, Facebook, blogs and any medium available to you to spread the Word!
6. Sign Tomorrow's Wales' petition for a proper parliament
7. Donate to Plaid today and help us campaign for a proper Parliament.
Just get people talking - but above all make sure that they are hearing the right side of the story, and not the excuses of those who want to hold Wales back. I hope you will join me in doing everything we can to spread the word.

"Now that the report has been published, there is no need for any division between Labour's AMs and MPs in Wales. Surely you all want what is best for Wales? True, your idea of "best" may not be the same as ours in Plaid, but they're close enough for us to be able to work together in a common programme for government in Wales. Of course it would be better to have a Labour than a Tory government in Westminster ... but with only 40 MPs out of more than 600, Wales doesn't get to have much of a say in the outcome of the Westminster election, does it?"

Will Syr Emyr Jones Parry be sacked for producing a report which highlights the deficiencies of the LCO system and comes out in favour of holding a Referendum for a Welsh Parliament?

After considering over 3,000 pieces of evidence the All Wales Convention has come to the same conclusion as Tomorrow's Wales - our present system of governance is unclear, complex and needs to change. The Convention calls for a referendum, but can't guarantee a YES vote in favour of primary law-making powers in the 20 devolved areas.
What can you do to help secure a YES vote in the referendum?
You can JOIN Tomorrow's Wales. You can set up a LOCAL BRANCH. You can hold an event to raise awareness locally. And you can encourage more people to sign the Declaration for Welsh Democracy.

Scottish Nation - Scottish Independence
“First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win.” Ghandi
"UK debt is a higher percentage of GDP than other countries’ and it’s accumulating at a rate of more than £6,000 a second. A fighting SNP might respond to such figures with a slogan such as: “Can Scotland afford to stay in the Union?”
Note: Britain did not come into being until after AD 1603 (ratified into law 1707). Before that date Scotland was a separate kingdom. Once united with England it suffered deprivation, land enclosure, banning of national dress, persecution and exploitation.

People of Glasgow are so mired in poverty, negativity and depression that they cannot see the way forward for Scotland, and even the hope of a better future does not inspire them. People in this condition, if they vote at all, are inclined to vote Labour.

Welsh Nation - Welsh Parliament
Anti-Welsh sentiments from Don Touhig and David Davies and "True (Untrue) Wales".
Their aim? Not to work together for a Welsh Parliament but to scrap the Welsh Assembly!
"A TORY MP has accused the Archbishop of Wales, accusing him of “arrogance” in his lead role with a body campaigning for the National Assembly to get full law-making powers."
"The Monmouth MP and former AM warned a 'Yes' vote would "drag Wales down to Soviet-style poverty".
From a string of Unionist Welsh MPs of all three parties now sitting in Westminster (the "imperial parliament"), reeling off some names of anti-Welsh-progress politicians... Touhig, Davies, Hain, Murphy, Howells, Bryant, Opik, Irranca-Davies, Michael, Kinnock, George Thomas ......
all of them "yesterday's men" ..... may the Lord preserve us!

Subject: Make some noise
By the end of this week, we will all learn what Emyr Jones Parry and his All-Wales Convention will be proposing for the referendum on a Welsh parliament.
You can guarantee that certain anti-Welsh politicians such as Peter Hain will be doing everything in their power to stop any further progress.
So make sure that we make more noise than him - make a point of talking to your friends and colleagues about why Wales deserves its own parliament - why we should not be treated as second class citizens compared to Scotland - why cant we be trusted to govern ourselves a bit more?
Write to your newspapers - phone your local radio station - saturate the internet. Get people talking - but make sure that they are hearing the right side of the story, and not the excuses of Labour MPs and the lies of Untrue Wales.

From "Secretperson" blog:
Cameron will not bring an end to the Union, but if he agrees anything like this suggested deal with the SNP he will move it on its way to dissolution. It seems unlikely any major political party will support an English parliament, but as more powers drift to Scotland, with Wales close behind, Westminster will become the English parliament. If we get EVoEL, any more power passed to the devolved bodies means less work for their MPs until they are simply pointless. If the Union finishes it will be through this gradual process, not a dramatic event. Until it is simple and easy just to stop MPs from Scotland and Wales turning up at all, and there we have it. No more Union.

Britain, the thorn in the side of Europe
"Britain’s luck may be on the wane. The political and legal problems associated with its half-in, half-out status are growing."

What's the Point of Britain?
Interesting article in The Times by Rachel Sylvester on 1 September. Now that Britain is just a medium-sized state why stick with it? Whatever your view on the Lockerbie Bomber decision it's interesting to note two facts. It took a Scottish Parliament Minister to stand up to the Americans in a way the 'Brits' never would, what Blair called the 'Love Actually moment' and related to that, the general increasing irrelevance of, or irritation with, Britain which the US feels.
Now that Britain can't offer the glory which always attracts a type of person who just like to be on the winning side, then what does Britain offer? Unlike a Welsh or Irish or Estonian state which are there to foster and promote weaker cultures and languages, the most appealing parts of British identity - comedy and popular music are independent of needing a state. After all, would the independence of four Britannic nations undermine 'British' comedy or pop music? Hardly ... it would probably strengthen it if anything. So, why stick with Britain?
Basically, there's nothing a British state can do which a Welsh or Scottish one can't do just as well or better. Now that the glory and prestige once attached to it is fading it will lose the affection of those fickle people who want to associate themselves with it. There is no point to Britain!

Comment: the obvious solution to the invidious state of Britain is for the nations of Britain to rule themselves, which they would do far more effectively and a good deal more democratically. The other alternative is for Wales and Scotland to colonise England ;-) and govern the country from Edinburgh. I have no doubt Alex Salmond would oblige.

Labour's True Motives for Instigating Mass Immigration
From the" Telegraph".co.uk
Labour wanted mass immigration to make UK more multicultural, says former adviser
Labour threw open Britain's borders to mass immigration to help socially engineer a "truly multicultural" country, a former Government adviser has revealed.

The huge increases in migrants over the last decade were partly due to a politically motivated attempt by ministers to radically change the country and "rub the Right's nose in diversity", according to Andrew Neather, a former adviser to Tony Blair, Jack Straw and David Blunkett.
He said Labour's relaxation of controls was a deliberate plan to "open up the UK to mass migration" but that ministers were nervous and reluctant to discuss such a move publicly for fear it would alienate its "core working class vote". As a result, the public argument for immigration concentrated instead on the economic benefits and need for more migrants. Critics said the revelations showed a "conspiracy" within Government to impose mass immigration for "cynical" political reasons.
Mr Neather was a speech writer who worked in Downing Street for Tony Blair and in the Home Office for Jack Straw and David Blunkett, in the early 2000s. Writing in the Evening Standard, he revealed the "major shift" in immigration policy came after the publication of a policy paper from the Performance and Innovation Unit, a Downing Street think tank based in the Cabinet Office, in 2001. He wrote a major speech for Barbara Roche, the then immigration minister, in 2000, which was largely based on drafts of the report. He said the final published version of the report promoted the labour market case for immigration but unpublished versions contained additional reasons, he said.
He wrote: "Earlier drafts I saw also included a driving political purpose: that mass immigration was the way that the Government was going to make the UK truly multicultural. "I remember coming away from some discussions with the clear sense that the policy was intended – even if this wasn't its main purpose – to rub the Right's nose in diversity and render their arguments out of date." The "deliberate policy", from late 2000 until "at least February last year", when the new points based system was introduced, was to open up the UK to mass migration, he said.
Some 2.3 million migrants have been added to the population since then, according to Whitehall estimates quietly slipped out last month. On Question Time on Thursday, Mr Straw was repeatedly quizzed about whether Labour's immigration policies had left the door open for the BNP. In his column, Mr Neather said that as well as bringing in hundreds of thousands more migrants to plug labour market gaps, there was also a "driving political purpose" behind immigration policy.
He defended the policy, saying mass immigration has "enriched" Britain, and made London a more attractive and cosmopolitan place. But he acknowledged that "nervous" ministers made no mention of the policy at the time for fear of alienating Labour voters.
"Part by accident, part by design, the Government had created its longed-for immigration boom.
"But ministers wouldn't talk about it. In part they probably realised the conservatism of their core voters: while ministers might have been passionately in favour of a more diverse society, it wasn't necessarily a debate they wanted to have in working men's clubs in Sheffield or Sunderland."
Sir Andrew Green, chairman of the Migrationwatch think tank, said: "Now at least the truth is out, and it's dynamite.
"Many have long suspected that mass immigration under Labour was not just a cock up but also a conspiracy. They were right. "This Government has admitted three million immigrants for cynical political reasons concealed by dodgy economic camouflage." The chairmen of the cross-party Group for Balanced Migration, MPs Frank Field and Nicholas Soames, said: "We welcome this statement by an ex-adviser, which the whole country knows to be true. "It is the first beam of truth that has officially been shone on the immigration issue in Britain."
A Home Office spokesman said: "Our new flexible points based system gives us greater control on those coming to work or study from outside Europe, ensuring that only those that Britain need can come. Britain's borders are stronger than ever before and we are rolling out ID cards to foreign nationals, we have introduced civil penalties for those employing illegal workers and from the end of next year our electronic border system will monitor 95 per cent of journeys in and out of the UK."
"The British people can be confident that immigration is under control."
Comment:the government was not merely incompetent in enforcing its immigration policy.
It was a deliberate attempt to transform the complexion of British society. This government has performed a grave disservice to the people of Britain. Labour's social engineering ploy is doomed to backfire.

God save Ireland - Britain, Farewell and Adieu
It is a fact that one of the most pressing concerns within Europe is mass immigration from overseas. The prime danger is the effect the influx will have on the native culture, the economy, the society and the demography of the country as immigrants object to giving up their own habits and traditions in order to conform. There should be a full-scale Europe-wide debate on this issue as it is doubtless a time-bomb waiting to erupt.

Ireland and Immigration - Enough is enough
Brown to address immigration fears
By Tim Castle
LONDON (Reuters) - Prime Minister Gordon Brown will address public concern over immigration in a speech on Thursday, acknowledging that many people fear foreign workers are taking their jobs and putting strains on local housing. Steep rises in immigration over the past decade and a recession-led climb in unemployment have boosted support for the far right and fuelled charges Brown's Labour government has lost control of the nation's borders. The issue is set to be a factor in a general election due by June next year, with the Conservatives pledging they would impose a cap on immigration from outside the European Union.

Following a meeting of the Environment and Regeneration Scrutiny Committee of Wrecsam Council on 23rd March 2009, members of the public who attended the meeting were so affected by the proceedings that they convened a meeting themselves to discuss what they had witnessed.
At the scrutiny committee meeting the West Cheshire/North East Wales sub-regional strategy was being discussed. The strategy itself ( adopted by Wrecsam, Flintshire and Denbighshire councils in 2006) aims in essence to merge North East Wales economically and demographically with Cheshire and Merseyside. Members of the public were extremely worried about the strategy which to date has never been discussed openly in public. Further, the way in which the strategy has increasingly become a statutory planning policy without any scrutiny has alarmed those members of the public who have knowledge of the strategy. At the scrutiny committee meeting, members of the public and their opinions were brushed aside by Council officers and further belittled by the councils leaders! The council voted AGAINST reviewing the Mersey Dee Alliance (the organisation set up to implement the sub-regional strategy).
Following the scrutiny committee meeting, a public meeting was held and the whole issue of the sub-regional strategy and the defensive nature of the council regarding these plans was discussed.
As regards the sub-regional strategy the conclusion reached was that basically the strategy was aimed at the expansion of Cheshire and Merseyside into North East Wales. That in a nut shell the expansion of Cheshire and Merseyside is limited due to building restrictions and a desire to preserve their green belt. In Wales there is no green belt and the strategists identify North Wales as the answer to their expansion limitations.
The expansion programme ignores the National Border and at numerous points within the plans acknowledges that Welsh identity will be lost and that this is caused by in migration from the North West of England. In essence North East Wales is to cater for the housing market of the North West of England, becoming a dormitory area for English lifestyle change.
The plans are social engineering and should never have been allowed to be implemented. However, they have already been adopted, and in North East Wales virtually every single planning decision is affected by it. The plans have not been scrutinised apart from the Executive Board at a council level (Members of the executive board are also members of the Mersey Dee Alliance) and in general the way that the plans have been pushed through has been thoroughly undemocratic and thoroughly secret.
For this reason members of the public formed the People’s Council for North Wales with a view to:
a) Inform the people of North Wales about the West Cheshire/ North East Wales sub-regional strategy.
b) Campaign against the sub-regional strategy.
c) Become a non political voice for the people of North Wales .
d) Challenge the culture of undemocratic, unethical and discriminatory behaviour within our local government.
e) Support, promote and to include ordinary people into the Welsh Assembly’s vision for Wales, as outlined in the One Wales document.
f) Provide alternative developmental plans that reflect local people’s needs and local people’s aspirations.
g) Preserve and ehance our environment, communities and Welsh identity.
